Pack Your Tools
Securely place the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned tools, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
